how to eat it?


Bigos (sometimes also called Polish hunter pot) is a mix of sauerkraut, white cabbage with various types of sausage and meat and other ingredients. It is considered a Polish national meal.

It is often cooked in winter, especially during Christmas. It is also popular because of its long shelf life. The more you heat it up, the tastier it gets!

Our favorite! Just heat in a saucepan. The more you heat it, the tastier it gets. Note – it burns easily.

Microwave oven – put in the microwave for 4 minutes.


Croquettes are a classic in Polish cuisine. They can have different fillings, but the most popular is cabbage and mushrooms or meat. Excellent with borscht as a hot starter and as on it’s own, a hearty dinner.

You can make croquettes yourself or try ours according to the original Polish recipe. You can heat them in three ways. Choose your favorite.

Our favorite! OVEN Place the croquettes in the preheated oven (180 *C) for 5 minutes.

Microwave oven – put in the microwave for 2 minutes.

From the pan – Fry them thoroughly in hot oil on each side. Be careful not to burn them.


Dumplings are one of the most popular dishes in Polish cuisine. It’s a great idea for dinner all year round. They come with various fillings – starting from savoury meat all the way to sweet fruits. Dumplings are served cooked, baked and fried in Polish and world cuisine.

The traditional way is to boil them first. After that you can serve them in many different ways! Which one will be your favorite?

Our favorite! From the pan. Fry them on both sides in a hot butter and enjoy their delicious taste.

Put the dumplings in a pan with hot water for 3 minutes. Try the traditional taste of Polish dumplings.

Microwave oven – put in the microwave for 2 minutes.
